Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 24, 2026

At SplyceHouse, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or engage with our services.

1. Who We Are

SplyceHouse LLC is an event video production company based in Clayton, Missouri, United States. This policy applies to all personal information collected through our website at https://www.splycehouse.com and through any related digital interactions or communication tools we operate.

2. Information We Collect

When you use our site or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and mailing address. We may also collect information you submit through forms, chat conversations, sign-up flows, and inquiries. Additionally, we gather data about how you interact with our site, such as your device type, IP address, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location. These details may be collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies during your visit.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to communicate with you, respond to questions, send updates or promotional content, and improve your experience with our site. This information also helps us analyze usage trends, measure which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries, and plan business and marketing strategies. We may also use it for advertising and retargeting on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google.

To support these efforts, we work with third-party service providers that help us manage communications, track website activity, or measure marketing performance. They are listed in Section 5.

4. Marketing Communications

We may send you email messages related to SplyceHouse news, services, or promotional content. These communications comply with U.S. laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act. Every marketing email from us includes a clear option to unsubscribe, and you can also opt out at any time by emailing info@splycehouse.com. We honor all opt-out requests in a timely manner, do not use deceptive subject lines, and always include a valid business address.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run our site, understand how visitors use it, and measure and improve our marketing. These tools are on by default. You can turn them off at any time (see Section 6). We group them into four categories:

  • Essential: needed for the site to work and stay secure, including our hosting and security providers (Webflow and Cloudflare). These are always on.
  • Functional: our website chat (Pipedrive LeadBooster). Our contact form is also provided by Pipedrive, and what you submit is stored in our Pipedrive account.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, which tells us which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which actions they take, such as submitting the contact form or clicking our phone number, email, or cost calculator. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors use our site, such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, through session replays and heatmaps, so we can improve it. Clarity uses first- and third-party cookies and is set to hide what you type into forms. For more about how Microsoft collects and uses data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Marketing: the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which measures and supports our LinkedIn advertising, and business visitor-identification tools (RB2B and Apollo). These tools may match a visit to publicly available professional information, such as your name, job title, company, or business email address, so we can follow up with businesses interested in our services. RB2B works with data partners, including LiveIntent, to make these matches.

Some of these partners may combine information about your visit with other information they hold, such as your email address or general location. We do not sell personal information for money. However, some state privacy laws may treat the use of marketing and advertising tools as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out of this at any time, as described below.

6. Your Privacy Choices

You can change which cookie categories we use, or turn off all non-essential tracking, by clicking Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of any page. Choosing Opt Out of All turns off functional, analytics, and marketing tools and removes their cookies from our site. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically turn off marketing tools. Your choice is saved in your browser for 12 months, so it applies on that browser and device. After 12 months, or if you clear your browser data or use a different device, our default settings apply again and you will need to make your choice again. You can also email us to opt out.

7. Sharing and Storage

We share personal information only with the service providers described in this policy, who help us operate our site, communicate with you, and run our marketing. Your information is stored primarily in the United States.

In the event of a business merger, acquisition, or sale, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. This ensures business continuity and honors the commitments outlined in this policy.

8. Your Rights and Access

You may contact us at any time to request access to the personal data we have on file for you, to request a correction or deletion of that data, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not treat you differently for making a request.

9. Security

We use HTTPS and other reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information during transmission and storage. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take steps to minimize risk and secure the data you choose to share with us.

10. Children’s Privacy

SplyceHouse does not knowingly collect or store information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to remove that information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or data practices. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
